Inspiring Talk on Modern Buddhism – Next time my car breaks down i’ll think of this and smile

This is a small clip from a very moving talk by Gen La Dekyong (the general spiritual director of the New Kadampa Tradition). I was fortunate to attend one of these talks when she passed through Canada.

Notice the simple wisdom with which she teaches; she is radiating with peace and wisdom. Buddhist concepts can help everyone, no matter what your turmoil is, it can give you the tools to find clarity and peace.
